If you make a mistake

If you make a mistake, press "CLEAR" (yellow button) and re-enter your number.

If you enter the wrong PIN number three times in a row your card will be "locked". The screen on the PIN pad will tell you after you enter a wrong number and will inform you if you are on your last try.

If you have entered a wrong number in one shop and then move to try to use your card in another shop, then the one wrong attempt still counts as one of your three tries.

You should contact your card issuer to get instructions in order to "unlock" your PIN.
