How will I be able to change my PIN?

You will be able to keep the same PIN as you have now or change your PIN to a new four digit number at most UK cash machines.

How will I know if I can change my PIN at a cash machine?

When you insert your card into the cash machine, a menu item of 'PIN Services' will be offered if PIN change is available.

How do I find a cash machine that will offer PIN change?

Most cash machines belonging to your card issuer will support PIN change. Your card issuer will be able to give you further guidance. A cash machine offering PIN change will have on their screen menu an option for 'PIN Services'. This will appear once the card has been inserted and the PIN entered.
